I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the positive side, the rooms were very clean and spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a bigger room for free. However, the cleanliness was not consistent as we noticed some dirt in the room even in the evening. The service at the front desk was friendly but not very helpful when we had an issue with our sick child. The location was convenient, being in the center of Sunny Beach, although it was quite busy, making it challenging to access basic amenities. The dining options, especially from the buffet, were lacking variety and became repetitive, but the prices were reasonable for what was offered.
I couldn't find the vacuum cleaner in the room at all, which was a bit concerning, but overall, my stay was perfect. The pool of the hotel was excellent.
